The jobholder will ensure the efficient and economic operation of the activities (profit centers) under the Commercial Department. His key responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure that overall guidelines, policies, procedures and plans are clearly defined for all the activities
- Review, analyze and evaluate overall market developments/competitor activity and inform of prevailing trends, threats and opportunities
- Report on the performance of the activities to devise action plans for ongoing development of business
- Maintain close contact with principals and ensure that products are marketed aggressively with major potential customers
- Ensure reputation and key position of the company are emphasized and that feedback from customers is recognized and acted upon
- Ensure that all facilities, showrooms, workshop services are maintained at the highest standard
- Formulate strategies to advance the operations of the respective activities
Ideal candidate will be a University graduate with 10-12 years relevant experience in a reputed organization. Should be fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
Salary: QR 19,000/- p.m. plus medical plus annual air tickets for self & family.
